Norman and Otto had a first date– and so did their alter-egos.
Norman Osborn and Otto Octavius had their first date at a restaurant most people had to book reservations for months in advance. Osborn had walked them in, and they’d been seated immediately. It was supposed to be a work dinner, to talk about their mutual projects, but in retrospect, after the wine, the glances, and Norman’s foot on Otto’s under the table, that it had been a date.
Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus had their first date in an expensive jewelry store. It was ostensibly a robbery, but in retrospect, there was no doubt that it had been a date.
