“Now remember, Harry,” Norman cooed as he leaned in to adjust Harry’s bowtie for him, “It’s a very important dinner tonight and I need you on your best behavior.”
“Of course, daddy,” Harry grinned at him, batting his eyelashes teasingly.
Norman looked down his nose at Harry, a stern expression on his face.
“Sorry, father,” he sighed, correcting himself.
Norman patted his son’s cheek fondly. “That’s better, young man. For company at least. There will be plenty of time… later.”
Harry leaned happily into his father’s warm touch, and his face lit up when Norman leaned own and kissed him.
